Today following yesterday’s canonizations of Pope St John XXIII and Pope St John Paul II in Rome by His Holiness Pope Francis in the presence of His Holiness Pope Emeritus Benedict XVI and many world leaders, what looked like the entire college of cardinals, many archbishops, bishops, monsignori, priests, deacons, seminarians, and several hundreds of thousands of the faithful, our Presiding Archbishop celebrated a solemn Votive Mass of the Blessed Virgin Mary in thanksgiving assisted by Bishop Michael. Following Mass, in addition to the Regina Cæli, the Te Deum was sung.
Sancte Ioanne XXIII, ora pro nobis.
Sancte Ioanne Paule II, ora pro nobis.
